Children (11 years of age and younger) cannot ride alone. At least one adult (admission charge paid, 12 years of age and older) per cabin must accompany a child on the ride.
Children under the age of 3 ride for free.
In purchasing a set of tickets, please note that business days and hours of YOKOHAMA AIR CABIN and Giant Ferris Wheel “COSMO CLOCK 21” may differ.
Sets of tickets for YOKOHAMA AIR CABIN and Giant Ferris Wheel “COSMO CLOCK 21” are not sold in Yokohama Cosmo World.

Persons who are acrophobia, under the inﬂuence of alcohol, have heart disease, blood pressure problem and those who feel physically sick should refrain from riding.
Drinking, eating or smoking in the cabin and bringing in fire or dangerous items are prohibited.
Against sudden rocking or emergency stop, at least one adult (admission charge paid, 12 years of age and older)must accompany a person who uses a wheelchair or walking aid.
Riding with your pet is prohibited. [Assistance dogs are permitted on the ride.]
Make sure to observe instructions from the operator for safety.
